Meet
Rosalind Tolbert
“I believe everyone you meet is an opportunity to find connection. The world of human resources can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to find your footing. My passion is helping others build confidence and clarity, creating workplaces where both people and business can thrive.”
I’m a senior human resources leader and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in HR strategy, coaching, and organizational development. I partner with organizations to design people-centered strategies that strengthen culture, streamline operations, and empower leaders to succeed.
My work includes building HR frameworks from the ground up, leading change management initiatives, and guiding leadership teams through complex transformations, from performance and engagement programs to the thoughtful adoption of AI in the workplace.
I approach HR with empathy, strategy, and curiosity, always focused on helping people and organizations grow stronger together. Outside of my consulting work, I volunteer with community and youth organizations, providing interview coaching, résumé support, and career development workshops to help others prepare for new opportunities.
I believe human resources should feel less like a process and more like a partnership, one that brings calm, clarity, and confidence that continues long after the work is done.
“Rosalind Tolbert came into The Dallas Morning News and completely revolutionized how the company approached recruiting and talent development. She did it in a way that made the people around her feel comfortable and at ease. She is a true partner, and I can’t recommend her enough.”
